I have approximately 20 years’ business experience predominantly within the HR Consulting field working across multiple sectors. We offer HR consulting and recruitment services to global multinationals, JSE listed companies, medium sized and owner managed businesses. Some recent projects: • Design and establish the strategic and operational HR function for an Engineering co (headcount 200 and branches nationally, in Africa and Europe) • Conceptualize, design and facilitate a 6-month Outplacement Coaching Program for a listed pharmaceutical company, supporting 100 managers through workshops and individual coaching sessions • Mapped processes, crafted role profiles and performance contracts and provided input into new Org structures for global and local companies • Led change interventions for various companies including division of top 4 bank: climate survey, needs analysis, strategy break away, vision and values building, leadership coaching • Outsourced recruitment partner for a number of companies improving efficiencies and saving costs • Part owner and founder of TeneoTen, an innovative Career Builder Solution for learners, students and job seekers
