- 1 Hour consultation with a representative by an accredited facilitator to determine the needs of the organization and to ensure targeted invention
- Tall Trees Adult Leadership Reports (basic), plus 10 – 15 hours of interactive application and leadership development workshops on site
- A Follow-up of 1 hour with a NGO-representative to evaluate the results of the intervention and to schedule follow-up coaching with individuals
